5.Use 3–4g (about 1 teaspoon) per cup. Heat water to 95–100°C (205–212°F) — fully oxidized black tea can handle boiling water. Add water at a 1:50 ratio. Steep for just 10–15 seconds for the first brew to capture the bright honey notes without bitterness. For each subsequent brew, add 5–10 seconds.
